Community Organization for Social Transformation (COST) Trust is a public charitable Trust found in the year 2001 with a noble vision of uplifting and helping needy people through various interventions in the field of health, education, children, women, youth development and environment by Bro. Samuel Raj, an educationist and social activist. Out of his rich experience in the field of social activities with commitment and hard work, the organization has worked towards the development of people of marginalized and disadvantaged communities. It has been serving underprivileged, marginalized, vulnerable, physically and mentally challenged and deprived people of society through different programmes and empowering the target communities through education, health, welfare and development projects.
