Etasha envisions a future where every young Indian is employable, has a sense of self-worth and leads a dignified and productive life. To this end, we work with underprivileged youth, helping them develop skills for employability, providing access to relevant vocational training and connecting them with employers. This enables them to take control of their own careers and lives, helping their families to break out of the cycle of poverty.
