IZAD is an idea of social change, founded on 22nd August, 2002. ‘IZAD” is a word in the Urdu language meaning ‘Invention’. The organization seeks to endeavour relentlessly to lessen human pain and suffering and to foster development of the weaker sections on a sustained basis. The founder of the organization is backed by the professional education of social work from the Institutes of Social Service, Bihar and has dedicated 17 years of practicing and translating the theory into action.

The organization has been serving the most marginalized communities especially the Dalits and the minority communities for more than a decade now. The organization also holds a distinct recognition in the state for working towards the advancement of rights for women and for creating awareness on sexually transmitted diseases. We have faced a lot of difficulties to serve the community due to the special nature of the organization and the community we serve. We are committed to increase the level of education and literacy in rural India - we conduct awareness camps on education to help underprivileged children to know the importance of education which results in increase of admissions in our school.
