Some social scientists (Anthropologist) while studying the people all over India observed that the people in the rural areas suffer from abject poverty, low literacy, poor health, unhygienic living condition, improper use of water and sanitation, utilized men and women power and ignorant of their rights. They mentally prepared to improve these conditions of the rural disadvantaged people and for this purpose they formed the NGO, MAJHIPARA AMBEDKAR CENTRE FOR HUMAN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (MACHRD), The activity fields of the NGO are Health, Education, Water & Sanitation, Women. Children and the Old belonging to the disadvantaged rural people. The NGO is organizing health check up for students, mothers and the children; running educational centers to improve the educational standard of the school going children, and organizing awareness on water and sanitation, health and hygiene and also supporting poor ailing children, women and the old.
